A Big Thank You

I would like to say a very big thank you to all the kind people out there in the blogosphere who have sent me comments and emails over the last few weeks.

This has been a very difficult time for me and the mere fact that there are so many of you out there who I will never meet who have taken the time to write to me has been very heartwarming.

I'm having a few hours at home this evening and will shortly be preparing to return to the hospital. Tomorrow will see me attempting another night at home, which it is hoped will be more successful than last week. I think that I am a little better prepared and hopefully it won't be quite such a traumatic experience.

So, once again, THANK YOU, and I hope I will be back to regular blogging soon.

Just popped in to say hello & I am just so pleased for you that the time at home this week has been arranged with your best interests in mind, instead of last weeks fiasco which made I am sure not just your consultant cross but anyone who reads your blog too!

Take care.

Great to see the progress you are making.

I hope that the writing of your blog, is proving therapeutic for you.

I'll be thinking of you tucked up in your own home tonight and look forward to reading more about your transition from hospital to home.

Sending you understanding vibes!

Hope you are still doing okay out there... hang on in there... and it's good you can be honest with the Doctor... I really hope when I am qualified as a MH nurse one of the things I’ll do is listen to patients and take time out to be there for them, I am the kind of person who will always put others first, if I patient needed to talk I’d talk to them before I’d go for a lunch break, this is part of the reason I feel I would make a good nurse!
Keep smiling... x
